Small Stainless Steel Flagpole Winch - WCH-0101
The Concord American Flagpole stainless steel flagpole winch raises, lowers and holds the flag at any height on internal wire cable halyard flagpoles. This gearless winch was designed specifically for flagpoles. Its brake uses large bronze brake shoes that engage automatically when you stop turning the handle and remove it.

Flagpole internal winch
Would suggest that when replacing internal winche, replace it with this one. The winch I recieved was heavier duty than the orriginal and OEM available.
