  • 2-ply, 100% polyester bunting with an open weave that reduces wind resistance
  • Light-fastness: protects against UV rays
  • Wet-fastness: prevents the dyes from migrating and bleeding when the flag gets wet
  • Strength: Eder reports that Poly-Max increases flag strength by 2 times
  • White poly-cotton header with brass grommets
  • All-weather, 100% Made in the USA

Built Where Flags Wear Out First

The fly end, the edge farthest from the pole, whips in the wind and frays long before the rest of the flag shows wear. Eder reinforces that edge with rows of stitching that increase with the size of the flag. The diagrams below show the fly-end stitching for each size range, from 3' x 5' up to 20' x 38'.

Polyester or Nylon for Your Texas Flag?

Poly-Max is the pick for exposed poles with steady wind, commercial properties, and flags that fly year-round. If your pole is sheltered and you want a flag that flies in the slightest breeze, compare our nylon Texas flags. Flying the U.S. flag alongside it? Browse our American flags.

Caring for Your Texas Flag

  • Take it down before bad weather. High winds and extreme weather shorten a flag's life. If it gets wet, spread it out to dry completely before folding.
  • Wash gently. Hand-wash with mild detergent and cold water, rinse with cold water, and lay flat to air dry.
  • Repair early and rotate. Mend the first signs of fraying and keep a backup flag.
  • Keep it clear of obstacles. Walls, gutters, trees, and wires can quickly tatter a flag.
