Flagpole Repairs We Handle

  • Stuck or tangled flags: we free the flag safely and fix whatever caused it, from a jammed snap hook to a wrapped halyard.
  • Re-roping: new halyard rope on external halyard poles, including poles where the old rope broke and fell down the pole.
  • Re-cabling: new stainless cable and winch service on internal halyard (cable) flagpoles.
  • Truck and pulley replacement: the assembly at the top of the pole that the rope runs over.
  • Finial, ball and cleat replacement, plus cleat covers and locking boxes to stop flag theft.
  • Noisy flagpoles: we quiet rope slap and banging hardware so your neighbors stop hearing it at night.
  • Leaning flagpoles: we straighten and re-level poles, and reset the foundation when it's needed.
  • Painting and refurbishing faded, chalky or rusted poles back to a clean finish.
  • Relocation and removal: move a pole to a better spot or take an old one down.
  • Flagpole lighting: add or replace solar and LED flagpole lights so you can fly the flag at night.
  • Flag replacement: we bring the right size American, Texas and military flags for your pole.

Flagpole Repair Questions

Can you fix a flagpole if the rope broke and fell inside or down the pole?

Yes. This is one of the most common calls we get. We re-rope the pole from the top, and on internal halyard poles we re-cable or re-rope through the inside of the pole.

Do I need a new flagpole, or can mine be repaired?

Most flagpoles can be repaired. Ropes, cables, trucks, pulleys, cleats and finials are all replaceable, and a faded pole can be refinished. We'll tell you honestly if a pole is damaged enough that replacement makes more sense.

Do you repair flagpoles you didn't install?

Yes. We service flagpoles from all major manufacturers, whoever installed them.

Do you work on commercial flagpoles?

Yes. We service schools, churches, businesses, hotels, HOAs and government facilities, including tall internal cable flagpoles.
