ICC Series: internal cam cleat with flush-mount hinged locking door, rope halyard
The Monarch Series from Concord American Flagpole is a commercial-grade aluminum internal halyard flagpole for low to moderate wind areas. The rope halyard runs inside the pole and is secured on a cam cleat behind a precision-cut, flush-mount hinged access door with a compression lock, so the flag cannot be lowered or stolen without a key and there is no rope slapping against the pole. The flush door keeps a clean, smooth look at eye level. Monarch poles are a cost-effective choice for homes, schools, churches, offices and municipal buildings where security and appearance matter.

How to Choose a Monarch Flagpole
- Height and flag size. A 20 ft pole flies a 4' x 6' flag, 25 ft a 5' x 8', 30 to 35 ft a 6' x 10', and 40 ft an 8' x 12'.
- Butt diameter and wall thickness. At each height, a larger base and a thicker wall (.125", .156" or .188") make a stiffer pole with a higher wind rating. In open or high-wind areas, choose the higher rating.
- One-piece or two-piece. Two-piece poles (model numbers ending in 2) ship in two sections, which makes delivery easier to limited-access sites.
- Finish. Satin is brushed natural aluminum. Clear anodized adds a hard protective coating, dark bronze and black anodized give a durable darker color, and powder coat is available in bronze tone, black, white or clear. See other available flagpole colors.
