How to Plan Your Pole Banners

  • Measure your poles: standard brackets fit round poles 2" to 12.25" in diameter. Square and polygonal poles may need an extra set of bands.
  • Pick a size: 18" and 24" wide banners suit most street and parking lot poles; 30" wide banners suit taller roadway poles. Match the bracket arm length to the banner width.
  • Single or double: a double bracket hangs two banners, one on each side of the pole.
  • Choose a material: vinyl is the toughest, fabric gives the richest double-sided color, and nylon has a classic flag look.
  • Windy locations: a premium bracket with a spring arm keeps the banner taut and reduces strain.

No. Banners and brackets are sold separately so you can reuse your brackets when you change banners for each season.
