A Concord American Flagpole cleat cover encloses the cleat and halyard behind a locked box, so no one can lower the flag or cut the rope. Choose a cylinder lock or padlock style sized to your pole's base diameter. Pair it with a halyard cover channel for more protection.

Flagpole cleat cover - key lock
Solidly built, good looking on pole, easy to install, just had to drill and tap 2, 1/4-20 holes. Right size for the pole.
