Flagpole Halyard Cover Channel - HBA Series
The Concord American Flagpole halyard cover channel mounts above a cleat cover and encloses the rope so it cannot be reached or cut from the ground. A safety chain is included. Use the cleat cover and channel together for a complete halyard security system.
