Product Description
The internal cam cleat sits behind the access door and holds the halyard inside the pole. This marine grade swivel design works smoothly with rope halyard and avoids the costly cable "birdnest" problems of a winch. Pull up on the halyard to release it, and pull down to lock it. Always keep hold of the halyard and watch the counterweight above.
