Product Description
External Halyard Cap Style Single Stationary Truck Assembly
This Concord American Flagpole cap style stationary truck sits on top of an external halyard flagpole and carries the rope that raises and lowers the flag. A stationary truck is fixed and does not rotate. It installs over the top of the pole, is held in place with stainless steel set screws or bolts, and accepts a ball, eagle or other ornament on top.
Features
- Cast aluminum body
- Aluminum pulley on a stainless steel axle
- Sizes to fit pole tops from 1-7/8" to 5-1/2"
- 1/2"-13NC top drilling for your ornament (5/8"-11NC available on request)
- Recommended halyard diameter: 5/16" (shop halyard rope)
- Three (3) stainless steel set screws provided on sizes up to 3-1/2"
- Three (3) stainless steel 1/4"-20 bolts provided on sizes 4" and larger
Installing 4" and larger trucks: these trucks are pre-drilled and tapped for the three bolts, and the pole must be drilled and tapped to match so the bolts seat properly. If drilling and tapping is not practical, stainless steel self-threading screws can be used instead of the bolts.
