Vertical Wall Mount Series – External Single Revolving – Rope Halyard – Made to Order
The Vertical Wall Mount Series from Concord American Flagpole is a commercial-grade aluminum flagpole that mounts upright against the face of a building, so it can fly a full-size flag where there is no room for a ground-set pole. The VTR-3 uses two 4-bolt wall brackets with clamp collars (VW-3 4-bolt design) to hold the shaft to the wall. It comes with a gold anodized aluminum ball, a cast aluminum single revolving truck with aluminum pulley, a 5/16" polyester rope halyard with two solid brass swivel snap hooks and a 9" cast aluminum cleat. The revolving truck lets the flag turn freely with the wind. This 30 ft model has a 6" butt diameter and .156" wall. Vertical wall mount poles are popular on parking garages, office buildings, schools, hotels and storefronts. Each pole is made to order.

The VTR-3 comes in 6 sizes:
- VTR3-15B41: 15 ft: 4" butt, .125" wall
- VTR3-20B41: 20 ft: 4" butt, .125" wall
- VTR3-25C51: 25 ft: 5" butt, .156" wall
- VTR3-30C61 (this model): 30 ft: 6" butt, .156" wall
- VTR3-30D61: 30 ft: 6" butt, .188" wall
- VTR3-35D61: 35 ft: 6" butt, .188" wall
The same sizes are available with other bracket styles: VTR-8, VTR-9. The VTR-3 uses 4-bolt brackets, the VTR-8 heavier 3-bolt brackets and the VTR-9 heavy-duty 8-bolt brackets.

How is it mounted?
The VTR3-30C61 attaches to the building with VW-3 4-bolt wall brackets. Anchorage to your wall is by others, so have your contractor or engineer choose the anchors for your wall type (brick, block, concrete or steel framing). Concord's WAK-9421 Wall Anchorage Kit is available as an option.
Can it be made shorter?
Yes. 30 ft is the maximum height for this shaft, and it can be cut to a shorter height on request. Let us know the height you need.
How is the flag raised and lowered?
The rope halyard runs from the revolving truck at the top and ties off on the 9" cast aluminum cleat. A locking cleat cover is available for added security.
How long does it take?
