Internal With Winch – Wire Halyard
The Titan Series from Concord American Flagpole is a commercial-grade internal halyard flagpole with the added security of a stainless steel wire cable halyard raised and lowered by an internal winch. The winch and cable are concealed inside the pole behind a precision-cut, flush-mount hinged door with a keyed lock, and the hand crank is removable, so the flag cannot be lowered or stolen without a key and the crank, and there is no rope to cut or slap against the pole. This 70 ft model has a 12" butt diameter and .250" wall, is rated for winds up to 90 mph with a nylon flag, and flies a 12 ft x 18 ft flag. This is a landmark-scale pole for highway frontage, large dealerships, corporate headquarters and civic sites.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size flag does this pole fly?
The recommended flag size for the IWW70F23 is 12' x 18'.
How is it installed?
The pole sets 7 ft into a concrete foundation using the included galvanized steel ground sleeve, for a total length of 77 ft. A shoe base for surface mounting is available as an option.
How does it ship?
The IWW70F23 ships by truck freight in 3 sections, with an approximate shipping weight of 781 lb. A $500 freight deposit is charged at checkout and applied to the actual freight cost.
How is the flag raised and lowered?
Open the locking access door, attach the removable hand crank to the stainless steel winch and turn it to raise or lower the flag on the internal wire cable. Remove the crank and lock the door when you are done.
Why choose an internal winch flagpole?
The wire halyard and winch are hidden inside the pole and locked behind the access door, which prevents flag theft and vandalism, protects the halyard from weather and cutting, and stops it from slapping against the pole in the wind. A wire cable cannot be cut as easily as rope, giving round-the-clock security for the flag.
Is there a warranty?
Concord American backs its aluminum flagpole shafts with a lifetime flagpole shaft warranty, subject to Concord American's warranty terms.
Do you install flagpoles?
Yes. Ameritex Flag & Flagpole installs flagpoles in San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country and across Texas. Call 877-598-3524 for an installation quote.
