Outrigger Wall Mount Series – External Single Stationary – Rope Halyard – Made to Order
The Outrigger Wall Mount Series from Concord American Flagpole mounts to a building facade and projects the flag out from the wall at an angle, so it flies clear of the building where people can see it. The O-31 uses a triangular wall bracket with a tapered 4" to 3" shaft (3-bolt design), set at a 60° arm angle. It comes with a gold anodized aluminum ball, a cast aluminum stationary truck with aluminum pulley, a 5/16" polyester rope halyard with brass swivel flagsnaps, a 3/8" eyebolt with double swivel pulley and a 9" cast aluminum cleat. Outrigger poles are popular on hotels, office buildings, schools, courthouses, banks and storefronts, and a row of them makes a strong display along a building front. Each pole is made to order.

The O-31 Outrigger at a 60° arm angle comes in 7 lengths:

This length is also available with a 30° arm or 45° arm. A lower angle (30°) holds the flag higher and closer to the wall; a higher angle (60°) projects it farther out from the building.

Frequently Asked Questions
What angle should I choose?
The arm angle is measured from the wall. A 30° arm holds the flag higher and closer to the building, 45° is the most common choice, and 60° projects the flag farther out from the wall. The O-31 is available at 30°, 45° and 60°; the O-30 and O-32 are made at 45°.
How is it mounted?
The O-31 bolts to the building with a 3-bolt triangular wall bracket. Anchorage to your wall is by others, so have your contractor or engineer choose the anchors for your wall type (brick, block, concrete or steel framing). Concord's WAK-9421 Wall Anchorage Kit is available as an option.
How is the flag raised and lowered?
The rope halyard runs from the stationary truck at the top, through the double swivel pulley at the base, and ties off on the 9" cast aluminum cleat. A locking cleat cover is available for added security.
How long does it take?
