The APEX Series features a raised reinforced door frame built from a matched set of inner AND outer aluminum castings - not a single stamped piece. Access to the internal halyard is secured by two tamper-proof 1/4-20NC screws, protecting your wire cable system from tampering or vandalism.
Internal Winch and Wire Halyard System
Unlike external rope halyard systems that expose your cable to UV degradation, wind noise, and unauthorized access, the APEX Internal Revolving Winch (IRW) keeps everything protected inside the pole shaft. Raising and lowering your flag is smooth and controlled using the included stainless steel winch with removable hand crank. The stainless steel wire cable halyard eliminates the fraying and replacement costs associated with rope systems.
Built for Moderate Wind Speed Areas
The APEX 100 ft pole features a 12-inch butt diameter designed to perform reliably in moderate wind speed environments. Its tapered aluminum construction delivers the structural integrity required for large flag displays - including the included heavy-duty arrangement rated for a 20 x 30 ft flag.
