Patented Flagpole Counterweights - CWA Series
Counterweights are required on internal halyard flagpoles. They help lower the flag and keep it taut so it hangs and flies properly in the wind. Concord American Flagpole's patented counterweights (Patent #D594,380) are steel with a thick plastic coating and use heavy-duty horizontal attaching bars that spread the load better than round eye ends. Dual attachment points add an extra margin of safety.

Choose the weight based on your flag size and wind zone. Safety note: never attach the retainer ring and the rope assembly or flag arrangement to the same end of the counterweight.
