EXTERNAL HALYARD DOUBLE SHEAVE (PULLEY) - REVOLVING TRUCK - SLIP OVER - CAP STYLE 

Slip-On or Cap Style Truck Assembles are the choice for flagpoles without inside threads at the top of the flagpole shaft or if the threads of a threaded flagpole shaft have been damaged beyond repair.  This flagpole truck assembly can used on various other types of tubing or poles to be used as flagpoles. 

Same specifications as the single and double revolving trucks except that the threaded spindle is replaced with a cast slip over cap and secured to the shaft by three 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set screws.
